This is a specialty Sencha green tea that is blended with fire-roasted rice. A top-grade Sencha green tea blended with the brown roasted rice. The fresh vegetative character of the green tea is combined with the nutty character of the roasted rice. Our blend is giving you a good balanced flavour of high quality Sencha green tea and savoury notes of the toasted rice.

Use 0.5 - 1 teaspoon per cup, infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before water boils. Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Leaves can be used repeatedly until the flavour of the tea is exhausted
