Terrible and non existent customer service

Absolutely no way to get hold of this company, they don’t reply to any emails to any email address. Shipping states it is dispatched within 24 hours of order being made via 24/48 hour Royal Mail. Order took more than 10 days to arrive and wasn’t dispatched until over a week after order being made. Not possible to make contact with any staff whatsoever

First time ordering, first of to many sticks in mix and very very sticky, not the the best marshmallow Leaf I've had,

Good product - but not the same as saffron

1st time I've tried this product following a suggestion from YouTube. Looks similar to saffron, but the colours don't infuse anything like the same. Will continue experimenting with this product which is a significant driver in my case.
