Shipping Policy (Delivery & Dispatch)

Order Processing & Dispatch

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–72 hours of receiving payment (working days).

• During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Delivery Options (United Kingdom)

We offer the following UK delivery services:

Royal Mail services

• 2nd Class: estimated 1–3 working days

• 1st Class: estimated 1–2 working days

Next Day Delivery (by 1pm)

• Order no later than 10:00am for same-day dispatch (working days).

• Orders placed after 10:00am will usually dispatch the next working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and can vary due to network delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are shown and calculated at checkout based on your order and the selected delivery option.

Tracking

• Tracking may be available depending on the service selected. If tracking is included, you will receive the details once your order has been dispatched.

Reporting an Order as Missing

If you do not receive your parcel within the expected timeframe:

1. Contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

2. In some cases, couriers require a minimum waiting period before they allow a missing-parcel claim to be opened.

3. If that applies, we will still work with you to find the quickest solution available (e.g., additional checks, alternative resolution options) to minimise inconvenience.

Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-shipping.

Damaged Deliveries

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the packaging and items received
    so we can resolve the issue efficiently.
