Reporting an Order as Missing

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within the expected time frame we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can work with our couriers to resolve the issue, in some instances it is not possible for us to raise an issue with a courier until the delivery has been missing for some time, when this happens we will work with you to resolve the issue by other means so that you are inconvenienced as little as possible by the delay.
