Brazillian Black Pepper - Black pepper Belem comes from South America, specifically Northern Brazil. Grains are grown on small plantations and need as much as three years of care to finally be suitable for harvesting. This takes place only from September to November. It is obtained from naturally sun-dried peppercorns. After collecting, for four days, it matures in the rays of the sun, becomes larger and becomes more intense color. Belem pepper Hides a white core inside, which carries a whole unique aroma. What is the difference between Belem pepper?

- as pepper, It has a rather mild taste. All the peppery is contained in a black shell, and the same white grain is pleasantly gentle and it has delicate notes hidden in it.
- It has a slightly sweet and caramel aroma, often associated with fruit. This is an unprecedented feature among all pepper varieties, making it unique.
- Thanks to the multidimensional flavor, it stimulates not only the taste but also the senses.

Interesting herbal tea.

I came across this herb under its Latin name on a supplement from Spain and am pleased to be able to find a supplier of the actual herb in UK.

Very Informative and Interesting Product

Everything arrived on time and in an informative manner and presentation.

Lovely tea

Nice change if you like any type of green tea. Good fresh, rounded, bright flavour with a slight aniseed/ fennel taste in my opinion which adds another dimension.
